♦ Normally, we use standard Ral k7 card to match the color, also we support custom colors

by customer’ s sample.

room-temperature and high-temperature mechanical tests, Brinell hardness, HRC hardness,

Vickers hardness, micro-hardness, expansion, flattening, cupping, bending, compression.

2) Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis

macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen

embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.

3) Dimensional & Surface Measurement

thickness, width, length, zinc coating quantity,paint adhesion,surface roughness etc.

Strong corrosion resistance, 3 times that of galvanized steel sheet.

The density of 55% aluminum is smaller than the density of zinc. When the weight is the same

and the thickness of the plating layer is the same, the area of the galvalume steel sheet is 3%

or larger than that of the galvanized steel sheet.

the quality of the coating is more even, stable and ideal than single spraying or brushing on the
